BCBS in NJ does not take any lactation consultants in network- but they do generally reimburse for the first two visits.  Please call the number on the back of your insurance card to confirm. The insurance rep may ask for the diagnosis and the procedural code, they are Z39.1 and S9443 respectively. Payment will be due at the time of visit and we will provide you with a superbill (receipt) to help with the reimbursement process.
